Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand drops or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Destinations We ship within the UAE and internationally. A list of supported countries is available at checkout.

Delivery Times All orders are delivered within 10–12 business days from the date of dispatch, regardless of destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for UAE addresses only. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Couriers & Tracking We ship via Aramex, DHL, or local courier partners. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Third-Party Fulfillment Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship from a different location. Delivery times for these items may vary.

Duties & Import Taxes For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Street404 is not liable for customs delays.

Split Shipments If your order contains items from multiple suppliers or locations, they may arrive in separate packages.
